We stayed here for one night before moving to Disney Sequoia Lodge for the rest of our stay. We chose to stay in Explorers on the first night because we arrived late afternoon and didn’t want to waste money on an extra Disney day for what would have been a few hours. The hotel is beautifully themed and great for kids. Lots of “pirate” decor and the fountain beside the reception lobby was lovely. The pool was lovely and warm, and the slides and “pirate ship” were good fun, also a selection of loungers around the pool for anyone who didn’t want to go into the water. Pool towels were available to rent for 2€ each and they also had vending machines with swimming gear like armbands, goggles, etc. if you forgot to pack some. We didn’t use the 4D cinema but we enjoyed the arcade games. The outdoor climbing frame was also fun for the kids. Our room on the sixth floor was clean and comfortable with a ceiling fan which helped keep the room to a nice temp despite the warmth outside. A kettle with tea and coffee facilities and a mini-fridge were also provided in the room. The included breakfast selection, which was continental with cereals, cold cuts, bread, pastries and yoghurt, was nice and had everything you could need. You can upgrade to hot food also but we didn’t feel the need to. The evening buffet was also nice with a good selection of food to choose from. We didn’t have anything from Marco’s Pizzeria but when walking past we saw some other guests eating from there and the food looked good. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus to Disneyland, which came by the hotel every 15 minutes or so and dropped you off at Chessy Bus Station beside the entrance to the parks, was very handy, too. For a three-star hotel, we felt that Explorers was good value for money, and the whole experience helped to add to the “magical” vibe of Disneyland. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Disneyland Paris in future.

Everything was lovely .. had a lovely time..plenty for the kids only thing was the bus to and from disney mainly the last bus back was out of control busy you could do with arranging a few more buses at end of night.I am not sure who funds the buses or what way it works but just for people to be mindful that the late bus is a bit crazy Children and babiesand parents annoyed upset thinKing that they may not get back to hotel other than that perfect. Pizza bar great idea and value for money don't change. Alcohol very expensive but I think that's just paris and disney. Over all this hotel is great for children .. swimming pool .. games room . Sweet shop .play ground... one thing pool table 4euro you get more people using it if it was 1 to 2 euro .. reception staff were lovely very helpful and pleasant considering this a very busy hotel it never stopped ..

The pool and soft play was great for our little one. We stayed in the Princess Suite (4 adults, 1 child), which was perfect size for us and decorated lovely. As we stayed in a suite, we got a captains breakfast which was separate from normal rooms - this was great and had good options to pick from. Also had a free shuttle bus to/ from Disneyland which was pretty regular and easy to get - just super busy as shared with other hotels.

We travelled with our grandchildren who thought the Explorers was the best hotel they’d ever stayed at. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The dining options were great after a day at Disney and the included breakfast was sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Disneyland was great and always on time. The pool and the play areas were a hit with the grandchildren. Overall a fabulous stay.

Jennifer

Great location for visiting disneyland, they provide free regular shuttle bus's, but a Uber is only 12 euros. Considering it's a hotel which you think you would just use as a base for visiting Disneyland, it has great spacious bedrooms, very comfy beds, and a great range of facilities; softplay area as well as a swimming pool with slides.
